The Self Recognition & Development (SRD) workshop @ Singapore was organised by the Foundation's Singapore centre, on 12th Nov 2017. The workshop was designed and conducted by H.H. Sadguru Yogiraj Sri Sri Dr. Mangeshda, exclusively for children. There were about 22 enthusiastic participants of different age groups from 6yrs-15yrs old.

This Doha by Kabir Das ji sums up my experience of the intense Vipassana practice.
In this sense, Vipassana gave me a chance to self-contemplate and reflect on this part which needed to be corrected, the part which needed to be polished and what needed to be purged from the system.
Vipassana is a holistic approach to self contemplation and self-correction by practicing mindfulness.
