SOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE

Use of software is governed by the terms of the end user licence agreement, if any, which may be accompanied or included with the Software ("License Agreement"). CANCELLATION POLICY

For online class bookings, You as a registered user availing the online class booking facility can cancel your online class booking at least 24/48 hours before the cut off time of the slot for which you have placed a booking order by contacting us via phone or email. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you towards the booking.

REFUND POLICY

Once a booking is cancelled, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Foundation reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices subject to which this site is offered at any time without any prior notice. The Foundation does not represent that the information and material provided on this site are fully updated.

ACCESS RESTRICTION

The Foundation reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this site or any portion thereof without notice.
