Guru Purnima 2024
Glimpses of the Guru Purnima Mahasatsang, on 21st July 2024 at Mumbai, in the divine presence of HH Sadguru Yogiraj Dr. Mangeshda.
Guru Purnima is a wonderful “UTSAV” in our culture and tradition. A day to celebrate special bond of Guru & Disciple rightly known as “GURU – SHISHYA” Parampara! To celebrate this beautiful bond, Sadguru Mangeshda Kriya Yoga Foundation members organised the Guru Purnima Mahasatsang. Disciples from various parts of India and across the world, people from different caste and communities came together to attend this special celebration.
The program started by melodious bhajans and music renditions. This was followed by a unique montage where various Kriyabans shared why they follow teachings of Sadguruji Dr. Mangeshda.
Sadguruji felicitated new Reiki Teachers, a special moment—a perfect blend of appreciation and the passing of responsibility.
As per tradition, on Guru Purnima Day, Sadguruji selects two Kriyabans for the most prestigious "Best Kriyaban" award. This year, the award recipients were Shri Murali Duvvuri and Shri Satish Bangera. The award was a result of their selfless work and dedication towards the Foundation. Heartiest Congratulations to both of them.
Finally, the moment which everyone was eager for: Sadguruji Dr. Mangeshda's ashirvachan (discourse). Sadguruji Dr. Mangeshda's amrutvani was very insightful and thought-provoking. Just following simple steps, like working on the ego and changing ones thinking pattern, one can create a better version of themselves. The detailed story of Pundalika and the impact of chanting Vitthal on our heart chakra was an eye-opener. What touched us the most was the beautiful explanation of bhakti, seva and connection with Vithal through Warkaris. As Sadguruji rightly said, each one of us is filled with an abundance of love and we need to share it.
We thank you Sadguruji for making time for us and blessing us with your pearls of wisdom, guidance and grace.
We thank all the members who worked tirelessly behind the scene for all the arrangements, the cultural wing, and our MC, Smt Hira Khandani.
Hari Om.
