Hari Om, an incredible program to Celebrate International Day of Yoga 2024, with HH Sadguru Yogiraj Dr. Mangeshda, in presence of many researchers, doctors and academicians. I was one of the lucky ones to be part of the International Day of Yoga program organised by AYUSH ministry and Center of Unani research and Homeopathy research at New Mumbai where our Sadguruji was the chief guest.

I observed one of the best welcomes of our Sadguruji and our delegates. Their entire management respectfully received Sadguruji as if their dream came true. They were grateful that Sadguruji accepted their invitation and graced them. They had done complete research about Sadguruji and the foundation. Their team included Dr. Nirmala Devi (Asst. Director, CCRUN, New Mumbai), Dr. Irfan (Sr. Research Associate), Dr. Bawaskar (Head of Homeopathy research).

In a decorated and house full auditorium Sadguruji was the center of attraction. His speech was simple and so apt that each one of them could relate to. They had so many questions for him which he individually responded to. They liked the meditation conducted by Sadguruji. His short but sweet yoga session was well received and all enjoyed doing it
Sadguruji spoke about how oneness and integration is the base of Yoga and how anyone can practice it. He explained the scientific parts of Kriya Yoga and his own experiences. Dada filled the whole environment with humour and laughter...

Believe me, they never wanted to let Sadguruji go.. wanted to know, learn and laugh more and more... But as with all sessions, this also ended with lots of giggles, happiness with wise discussions.. and a new chapter of relationship begins for the foundation, they are very keen to collaborate with us for many common causes and program. Thank you Sadguruji.
