May 13, 2018

The International Naturopathy Organisation (INO) has committed to spread yoga to 25 lac people across India as celebration of International Day of Yoga 2018, from 15th June to 21st June. To organise a program like this on such a large scale, we require meticulous planning with small details covered and good communication flow. Accordingly, a workshop and training program was organised for the district coordinators for West zone at Mumbai. The proceedings were started by Shri. Ananth Birader (National President, INO). H.H. Sadguru Yogiraj Sri Sri Dr. Mangeshda, patron of INO and Founder of Sadguru Mangeshda Kriya Yoga Foundation, spoke in His capacity as the Chief Guest. He motivated and guided the audience with tips on how to reach out to people who have not yet started practising yoga or those who have inhibitions. He explained how to share the simplicity of yoga and how to remove the myth that Yoga means only asanas. The West Zone team looked solid, motivated and prepared to exceed the target. Also present were Ms. Kirtida Ajmera (VP INO and Head of BJP Mahila wing, Nagpur), Shri. Umesh Tagde (Dy. Director - AYUSH Ministry), Dr. Jitendra Arya (VP INO), Dr. Uday Chotia, Ms. Pradnya Patil (who created a Guinness world record of 103 hours of non stop yoga).
