Glimpses of Stress Management workshop conducted H.H. Sadguru Yogiraj Dr. Mangeshda at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL), Hyderabad.

The workshop at HPCL was a big hit. As always, Sadguruji immediately connected with the audience comprising of HPCL Officers, Dealers and staff. Sadguruji in his inimitable style mingled with the participants, made them comfortable and explained simple yet powerful techniques for helping them deal with stress. All the attendees participated whole heartedly and it was a very interactive and lively session. Even after the session concluded, there was a line of people waiting to meet Sadguruji for guidance, photos and selfies.
