How To Be Happy

This is a residential programme spread over three and a half days. This is a humorous educative programme where Sadguruji uses humour to help participants understand life by understanding their own selves.

Sadguruji makes the participants aware of the fact that Happiness is innate in every one of us. He practically shows with the help of simple techniques of Yoga, Meditation, exercises and games, how to find joy in day-to-day life and experience Happiness. One learns to enjoy the simple things in everyday life something, one has forgotten during the process of growing up!

Sadguruji teaches us that 'Creativity' is the tool towards tackling many problems we face in our day to day life. Learning to appreciate and value the things or people we do not have in our life and to start relating to the joy and happiness of others, and when we start experiencing the happiness of others with a true heart and get joy in seeing others happy we have truly succeeded in attending the 'How to Be Happy session/s.'
